All goods ordered from our store are carefully packaged and dispatched at the customer’s choice via UPS courier service or by post. We will dispatch your order on the same day if submitted before 2:00 p.m. All other orders will be sent to you on the next business day. If you select courier dispatch service, your shipment should be delivered on the next business day following the date of dispatch, between 8:00 and 17:00 CET. The Polish Postal Service operates a bit more slowly and we are thus not capable to specify the exact delivery time. The products can be dispatched in gift packaging. If you are interested in this kind of service, please tell us about it in the Comment field while placing your order.

Returns
We guarantee you can return the purchased goods without giving a reason within 10 days from receipt. We will accept returns only of unused goods in their original packaging in which they were shipped to the customer, with unaffected labeling. Please also attach your bank account number to reduce the costs of money transfer. Unless the above terms are complied with, returns will not be processed. Shipping costs of returned goods are covered by the customer.
You will receive a reimbursement of the price of returned goods less shipping costs. For reimbursement sent by postal order, cost of such order will be deducted from the reimbursement amount.
